V7Labs 提供的 Chrome Extension，偵測圖片是否為人工智慧生成的
寫完上一篇「可以看 Chrome Extension 程式碼的 Chrome extension source viewer」後就可以來提「Fake Profile Detector tells you if people are real or fake online」這個了，文章裡面在介紹 V7Labs 所提供的 Chrome Extension：「Fake Profile Detector (Deepfake, GAN)」。
從套件的名字可以看出來他主要是偵測 GAN (Generative adversarial network) 類的類神經網路，這點在套件裡面說明也可以看到：
Right-click on a profile picture, our model will detect if that image contains a GAN generated or real person!
實際上測試時要注意要儘量抓夠大的圖片丟進去測，像是 Generative adversarial network 維基百科這頁裡面「Concerns about malicious applications」這個章節右邊兩張 GAN 生成的圖，如果你用維基百科預設的縮圖大小 (220x220)，上面這張會猜測是真人，下面那張會猜測是假人。
但如果到大一點的圖 (600x600) 的話就都會猜測是假人：「File:Woman 1.jpg」、「File:GAN deepfake white girl.jpg」，原圖 1024x1024 的話也可以偵測出來。
然後 source code 就在那邊可以看 API 怎麼打，大家可以自己研究...

在「阻止网站调用不必要的你的浏览器 API」這篇裡面看到的，論文的作者發展了 Chrome 與 Firefox 的延伸套件，可以控制瀏覽器內的 Web API。套件原始程式碼在 GitHub 的 snyderp/web-api-manager，頁面上有 Chrome 與 Firefox 延伸套件的連結可以直接安裝。 套件本身預設不會擋任何 Web API，但提供了三種不同的 Preset 讓你選 (Lite、Conservative 與 Aggressive)，一般情況下用 Lite (擋掉 17 種 Web API) 就有不錯的效果了。另外也可以針對某些網域做另外的調整... (雖然還沒用過 XD) 直接抓 Google Chrome 上給的截圖： 這是個好東西啊，有些 API 出來擺明就是來追蹤使用者的... 關掉省麻煩 XD

Google Chrome 上預防 Clickjacking 的套件...
在 Gene 寫的「如何在你不知情被自動加入粉絲團的秘技, 以 "粉你的" 作示範」這篇裡面用到的技巧叫做 Clickjacking (點擊劫持)。 Facebook 有給出「What is clickjacking?」的說明，不過相當白話 (而且沒有幫助 Orz)。 技術上的解釋是，其中一種實作是在要點擊的對象上加上一層「透明的」DOM 物件，當 click 時就會點到該物件。目前最常見的是 Facebook 的 Like 按鈕。(i.e. Gene 寫的那篇) 在 Google Chrome 上可以用「Clickjacking Reveal」這個套件： This extension tries to warn you if it found clickjacking technique on the page you are viewing. Waterfox 可以裝 chrome web store 的 extension 了
這幾天玩 Clubhouse 玩太兇了，來清一下累積在 tab 上的東西... 在「Waterfox G3.1.0 introduces support for installing Chrome and Opera extensions」這邊看到的東西，以 Firefox 為基底的 Waterfox 可以裝 chrome web store 裡的 extension 了。也就是說，現在除了可以裝 Firefox 自家的 Add-Ons 外，現在也可以裝 chrome web store 的套件了，但注意的是，畢竟底層用的 engine 不同 (以及支援的 API 也不同)，不保證 100% 會動。 把自己之前寫過的套件裝起來，在套件頁大概長這樣，不確定自動更新的機制會怎麼跑就是了： 另外一個小問題是，裝完後在 chrome web store 的網站上也不會顯示已經安裝了，這個設計應該是為了隱私，不讓網站有機會偵測到： 加減來測試看看...
