饿了么面向上海用户上线“应急特需”服务！
据报道3月30日，今日起，上海市民打开饿了么App后，可在首页看到一个“应急特需”图标。据介绍，如果有独居老人、孕妇、婴幼儿、残障人士等重点人群，在抗疫期间要紧急购药的、在生活物资供应上有紧急困难的，都可通过“应急特需”入口填写相关信息。
饿了么表示会尽一切可能去努力帮助解决问题，优先安排订单服务，联络药店、超市等；一时确难解决的，会联系更多社会力量来帮忙
