Just like Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, Pinterest only allows its users to put one link in their bio. Using Linktree in your Pinterest bio can be a great way to ensure that you can connect your audience on Pinterest to your latest products, blog posts, brand partnerships, videos, and so much more.

Get your Linktree URL from your admin page

Here's how you do it:

Step #1

Copy your Linktree URL. You can find yours by logging into your admin dashboard and clicking the ‘Share’ button in the top right corner.

Pinterest home page

Step #2

Log into your Pinterest profile. Click on ‘Settings’ (you can find this via the gear icon in the top right corner on mobile, and within the dropdown menu next to your avatar in the top right corner on desktop) and select ‘Edit profile.’

Step #3

Paste your Linktree URL into the field that says ‘Website’. Make sure that your pasted URL begins with ‘https://’ otherwise Pinterest may flag your URL as invalid.

Note: Once you paste the full URL into Pinterest and hit ‘done’, it automatically reformats your URL without the ‘https://’ – just like our example.

If your website field is greyed out and can’t be edited, it likely means that the link that’s currently in your Pinterest bio has been ‘claimed’ by your profile. To replace your existing URL with your Linktree, make sure to unclaim that URL within the ‘Claim’ tab in your ‘Settings’ section.

Step #4

Click done. You should see your Linktree in your Pinterest bio now!

Once you’ve added your Linktree to your Pinterest bio, be sure to add it to your bios on Instagram, TikTok, and anywhere else your audience engages with you, too.

Using Linktree everywhere will allow you to connect your audience with all of your content no matter where they’re coming from and to grow your followings across all of your channels–including Pinterest. It’s the easiest way to make sure you get the most value out of your Linktree!
