据 iMore 3 月 30 日消息，Meta（原 Facebook）宣布在加拿大成立全新的工程中心，旨在建设元宇宙以推动新一代沉浸式在线社交体验。
据悉，该工程中心的总部设在多伦多，预计将招募多达 2500 名员工。Meta 指出，加拿大工程中心的业务侧重于工程研发，未来有望扩展至 AR/VR 内容和 Meta 技术开发。
