Arm 计划转让中国合资公司的股份

《金融时报》周三援引知情人士的消息报导，英国芯片设计公司 Arm 正计划将其中国合资企业的股份转让给软银集团旗下的一个特殊目的实体(SPV)，以加速推动首次公开发行(IPO)计划。过去两年与总公司有矛盾的中国合资企业首席执行官吴雄昂一直不愿意下台，导致 Arm 难以恢复对中国子公司的控制权，无法审计其收入，而 Arm中国去年的收入占到了总收入的五分之一。如果股份转让成功，该合资企业与 Arm 总部将保有授权许可的关系，而非持股关系。Arm 目前持有安谋中国的 47.3% 股权。Arm 将继续从Arm中国(安谋科技)获得许可收入，但不需要审计该部门的财务状况。
