据报道3月28日，联邦快递宣布，自2022年6月1日起，联邦快递创始人 Frederick W. Smith 将卸任首席执行官一职，由总裁兼首席运营官 Raj Subramaniam 接替。
卸任后，Frederick W. Smith 将担任执行主席，关注董事会治理以及具有全球重要性的问题，包括可持续性、创新和公共政策。
