孟晚舟：过去3年队伍更加团结 策略更加明确
新浪科技讯 3月28日下午消息，华为举行2021年年度报告发布会。华为轮值董事长郭平以及华为公司副董事长、首席财务官孟晚舟出席。
谈及华为是否度过了最黑暗的阶段，孟晚舟表示，2021年对华为而言，也许已经穿过了这次劫难的黑障区，这与全体员工的努力是分不开的。
“我们的队伍在这三年更加团结，我们的策略也在这三年中变得更加明确，面向未来，我们依然会加大在人才研发领域的投入，我们会通过技术强度和人才浓度来保证持续创新能力。我们也坚信沿着这两个方向持续向前，能够长期持续有质量地为客户和合作伙伴提供更高价值服务。”孟晚舟说道。
