欧盟委员会当地时间3月28日就英国绿色能源补贴方案向世贸组织提起诉讼。欧盟委员会在当天发布的声明中称，英国政府在为其海上风电项目提供补贴时使用的标准有利于英国公司。声明称，“这违反了世贸组织的核心原则，即进口产品必须能够与国内产品在平等的基础上竞争。此举同时损害了在绿色能源领域的包括众多中小企业在内的欧盟供应商。”Recommend
