针对天然气结算方案，俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫当地时间3月28日说，俄罗斯已着手拟定天然气出口的卢布结算方案，如果欧洲国家拒绝以卢布支付，俄方将适时作出回应。佩斯科夫说，可以明确的是，俄罗斯不会无偿提供天然气。在目前的情况下，俄罗斯不可能也不适合对欧洲客户做慈善。Recommend
