Pixel 绑定账号受限

我前两年用的是 pixel 4a 5G ，现在用的是 pixel 6 。因为业务需要，有数十个 google+gvoice 账号。

现在发现手机在一天内绑定三四十个账号后，无法再新增任何账号了。

比如我要新增 goole 账号，总是提示发生错误，密码和二次验证都没问题的。

或者新增 Twitter 账号，输入密码后也是无法绑定成功。

请问有没同伙碰到类似情况，可能的原因是什么，如何解决？
