3月24日消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）向其“预摘牌名单”新增了微博公司，使其成为名单中的第六家公司，面临被摘牌的风险。
微博需要于4月13日前向SEC提供证据，证明自己不具备被摘牌的条件。若无法证明，则会被列入“确定摘牌名单”。消息传出后，微博美股股价盘中跳水，跌幅一度达7％。截至周四凌晨收盘，微博下跌0.59％报27美元，市值64亿美元。（财联社）
