使用大流量应用导致电脑断线问题，请根据具体的现象参考对应的解决方法。
如果内网部分电脑进行高速下载、视频、玩游戏等大流量的上网应用，带宽被大量占用，导致其他电脑出现无法上网的“断线”问题。建议在路由器上设置IP带宽控制，为每台电脑合理的分配使用带宽，防止某台电脑占用过多的带宽。

如果内网部分电脑进行高速下载、视频、玩游戏等大流量的上网应用，导致大流量的电脑本身断线了，但此时其他电脑上网正常。该问题可能是路由器上开启了攻击防护所致。
解决方法：在路由器界面，点击 安全设置 >> 高级安全设置，DOS攻击防护 选择为 不启用，并点击 保存。
注意：如果路由器没有DOS攻击防护的功能，可以不考虑此类情况。
如果您网络的断线现象与上述两种现象均不符合。建议您联系在线客服或400-8863-400解决问题。
