新浪科技讯 3月23日晚间消息，在腾讯媒体业绩会上，腾讯总裁刘炽平回应组织优化时称，“目前，互联网行业正在遭遇结构性的挑战和改变，腾讯作为其中参与者也会主动进行调整。过去，行业是竞争驱动型，投入较大；现在，相比短期收益大家更关注长线业务发展，更健康地投入，尤其是对营销成本、运营成本和人力成本的优化。我们也对亏损业务进行了成本优化动作，以便保持更加健康的增长。”
