中国移动2021净利1161亿，同比增长7.7％，5G客户超3.8亿户
数字化转型收入达到人民币 1594 亿元，同比增长 26.3%，对通信服务收入增量贡献达到59.5%。
3月23日，中国移动披露2021年年度业绩。
财报显示，2021年中国移动实现营业收入8483亿元，同比增长10.4%；净利润1161亿元，同比增长7.7%。
营业收入中，通信服务收入为7514亿元，同比增长8.0%；销售产品收入及其他收入为968亿元，同比增长33.8%。得益于智慧家庭、DICT、移动云、数字内容等业务的快手拓展，数字化转型收入达到人民币 1594 亿元，同比增长 26.3%，对通信服务收入增量贡献达到59.5%。可以看出，中国移动数字化转型成效显著。
财报显示，2021年移动客户数为9.57亿户，其中5G套餐客户数为3.87亿户，净增2.22亿户；移动ARPU（每用户平均收入）同比增长3%至48.8元；有线宽带客户数为2.4亿户，其中家庭宽带客户数为2.18亿户；家庭宽带综合ARPU同比增长5.6%至39.8元。
