安装好打印服务器后无法打印，怎么办？
1、确认电脑、打印服务器、打印机之间的物理连线是否接好（打印服务器对应接口指示灯是否亮）；
2、电脑是否安装好相应的打印机驱动，即单机连接打印机能否正常打；
3、电脑、打印服务器IP地址是否处于同一网段，网络是否正常通信，可通过ping命令检测能否ping通打印服务器；
4、是否按照正确的方法安装打印服务器（可参考我司网站相关打印服务器快速安装指南文章）；
5、参考我司网站提供的打印机兼容列表，确认您使用的打印机是否在打印服务器所支持的兼容列表中。
