联合国大会第11次紧急特别会议当地时间3月23日应乌克兰、美国等22国要求恢复举行，对乌克兰和南非分别提交的两份关于乌克兰人道主义局势的决议草案进行讨论。由于有60多个国家及国际组织代表发言，预计联大投票将会在3月24日或25日举行。
