美 SEC 推迟对 WisdomTree 和 One River 的现货比特币 ETF 做出决议

根据周一公布的文件，美国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 推迟对 WisdomTree Investments (WETF) 和One River Asset Management申请的现货比特币交易所交易基金（ETF）做出决议。SEC在两份文件中均表示：“委员会认为，指定更长的时间对拟议的规则变更采取行动是适当的，以便有足够的时间考虑拟议的规则变更和收到的任何评论。”
SEC 对 One River 提案的决议推迟到 4 月 3 日，对 WisdomTree 的决议则推迟到 5 月 15 日。比推此前报道，美国证券交易委员会在去年 12 月拒绝了 WisdomTree 的申请，随后该公司做出更改并重新提交，上个月又拒绝了 NYDIG 和 Global X 的现货比特币ETF申请。
