Remove Google account after Factory Reset

I have 2 Huawei phones that we use for work, the 2 people have left the company and have removed our work google accounts and used they own one.
I have now reset the phones, however I need the google account to sign in. I am unable to get this from my old employees, so I need a way to remove the FRP.

Are you using G Suite, with your own domain name?

G Suite ($$) allows you to use your own domain name, and also full control over Android devices, in which case you may have been able to solve the problem.
Unfortunately, little you can do.
Have a look at https://www.google.com.au/search?q=FRP+unlock+tool  for a possible solution.
Without the correct login credentials, the device is essentially dead in the water. Google cannot assist in this matter, unfortunately.
You may want to try and get your money back, or read this page  http://goo.gl/sQ4Y47
Various forums for your device, device brand, or an Android forum may have  a hack;  some pretty clever people there.  Those forums are worth looking at if nothing else will work for you.
If you do not know your log in credentials:--
Go to https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery (if not already done so);  follow the steps; submit to Google
This blog can be helpful in your recovery:- http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.jp/ Reading this will help you understand the process.  Good tip here which may also help https://goo.gl/ERwwFW

Thanks for the response, I shall take a look at them.
How come Google cannot support us? This is a Google setting that has been introduce?
The phone potential is ours, just one of our engineers has changed the google account on the phone to his personal account and then left the company.

Nothing new.
For security reasons, you need to prove ownership by signing into the account with the correct credentials.

So I've been told by Huawei that they can apply to Google for an Unlock code.
However I have to send Huawei the phone, how come I can't apply for this unlock myself.

Just guessing here, but possibly a security precaution.
Frankly, I wasn't aware of such a thing that the phone people are doing.  Hope it works for you.

No direct support from Google for free Gmail, or domains sending to Gmail, unless you are a subscriber to "Google One"  https://support.google.com/googleone/answer/9004013?hl=en
G Suite accounts ($$) have a support option at https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213?hl=en
Otherwise, you will need to use this help community, operated by volunteers, who are not Google employees.
With  >1.5 billion active Gmail users (20% of the world population), personal support would be impossible.
If you do manage to contact Google, they will direct you here.
Want to pass account stage after hard reset what do I do
