当地时间19日，格鲁吉亚国家银行（央行）发表消息称，格鲁吉亚境内银行不再对采用“米尔（Mir）”支付系统的银行卡进行服务，因为在格鲁吉亚境内通过该系统进行支付是违法的。“米尔（Mir）”支付系统是俄罗斯央行于2014年推出的支付清算系统。俄罗斯各大银行均有发行该支付系统的银行卡，并可在境外多个国家和地区使用。Recommend
