钛媒体App 3月19日消息，香港特区政府今日公布，将于本月21日起实施新冠病毒病特别检测安排，进一步预防本地病例输出和配合内地的抗疫工作。旅客经陆路出入境管制站出境前须接受额外的快速核酸检测，特区政府建议相关旅客为行程预留充足时间。（来源：央视新闻）
