成都要变身“公园城市”，远不是造公园那么简单
3月16日国务院批复国家几大部委正式印发通知，宣布成都为全国首个“践行新发展理念的公园城市示范区”。而所谓的“公园城市”既不是搞高端小区绿化，也不是简单地用公园填充街区，而是追求直接把一个城市变成一个大公园。
虽然中国错失了两次工业革命，但在信息时代到来后的几十年里，中国的城市，又找回了自己当年在农业时代傲视全球的规模效应。
不禁让人想起，千年之前杜甫和陆游曾经对成都的繁华发出的感叹，正所谓“成都海棠十万株，繁华盛丽天下无。”
