3月18日消息，日前，据路透社3月17日消息，亚马逊周四宣布已完成对好莱坞电影制片厂米高梅的收购，该交易价值85亿美元。两天前，欧洲监管机构称这笔交易“不会显著减少”欧洲市场的竞争。亚马逊在一份声明中表示，将欢迎所有米高梅员工加入公司，并与工作室的领导层合作，并表示不会裁员。（电商报）
