【德国联邦内阁批准2022年度财政预算草案】财联社3月17日电，德国联邦内阁批准了财政部关于2022年度的财政预算草案。根据该预算草案，德国今年的常规财政预算将新增997亿欧元的债务，以应对新冠疫情危机所造成的后果。财政部长林德纳还提出了一项补充预算，对能源价格高企等后果进行财政补贴。此外，联邦内阁此前还批准了对德国联邦国防军提供1000亿欧元的一次性投资以升级军备。因此德国2022年度总计将增加超过2000亿欧元的新债务，连续第三年打破“债务刹车”原则。其中，1000亿欧元的国防预算需要修改基本法，因此需要在联邦议院发起投票，超过三分之二的票数赞成才能最终通过，这意味着需要来自反对党的票数。
