3月15日，合景泰富将3月18日到回售期的债券[20合景01]本金及利息合计10.175亿元，按规定提前转至中国证券登记结算公司。
有分析人士指出，该举措体现了合景泰富的现金流动性及强财务管控能力。
据悉，近期随着大湾区高端项目臻溋·名铸、臻颐府、臻源获批相继面世，将为合景泰富释放相当可观的销售货值。
