36氪从多名接近腾讯的人士处获悉，从去年年底至今，腾讯多个事业群正在进行人员缩减，裁员动作较大的主要是CSIG与PCG，而IEG等减员幅度较小或暂无动作。此前流传腾讯此轮裁员比例将高达30%~50%。从多位员工处了解，腾讯的整体裁员比例不会如此之高，也没有专门针对35岁以上员工进行优化，裁员主要依据业务调整而非年龄。综合多方信源了解，字节跳动去年各业务综合裁员比例在20%左右，腾讯的合理裁员比例应当低于字节的20%。Recommend
