我之前是通过实习找的 Java 开发，目前工作了一年，不知道一年经验现在跳槽容易不，我看好多公司招聘写的都是两三年，想问听一下有经验的的大佬建议

跳槽不是只看年限，而是看当前的岗位能不能满足你的需求，以及你的能力满不满足别人的需求。
你要是能拿出来匹配 3 年的能力，我觉得下家也不会卡你。
若是你拿不出来，那你觉得他设置 3 年的卡是为什么？
