官方给的地址是 https://mariadb.org/mariadb_release_signing_key.asc
国内 VPS 经常无法连接，每次都只能本地下载了以后上传，痛苦得很

我看了下，镜像里的那个 public key 和这个 key 长得不一样
https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/mariadb/PublicKey
所以应该没办法，你可以自己本地保存一份分发个 URL 呀
