今天在 win10 21H1 上发现，win10 防火墙好像默认禁止其他局域网机器 ping 通。可以通过直接关闭 win 防火墙解决，但这肯定不是最佳方法。经过搜罗发现解决办法：https://blog.csdn.net/meigang2012/article/details/77367977
简单说就是在防火墙开启的状态下，打开防火墙的高级设置，然后进入入站规则，找到 文件与打印机共享(Echo Request ICMPv4-In) 然后 enable it 即可。
