2019年，美国当局逮捕了三名涉嫌密谋在暗网上出售毒品的三名波士顿男子，并缉获了价值超过20万美元的比特币。22岁的Binh Thanh Le、23岁的Steven McCall和22岁的Allante Pires分别被控制造和分销MDMA（摇头丸）、Ketamine（K粉）和Xanax（阿普唑仑）。
