SOHO中国涨幅扩大至20%：7折出售3.2万平米房源
财经网科技3月10日讯，据财联社消息，SOHO中国方面宣布，为了优化资产结构、缓解资金压力，该公司以七折价格推出了3.2万平米的房源，覆盖银河SOHO、三里屯SOHO、SOHO东海广场、SOHO中山广场等９个项目，全部坐落在北京上海的城市核心地段，涵盖办公、商业及公寓各类业态。对此，SOHO中国董事长潘石屹表示，此次销售房源的收入将全部用于降负债，不会用做股票分红。
