背景知识的重要性
英语课，下周我们组要做一个 show，所以我先上去打个预告。主题是“How to Get Their Points”。
为了让人明白背景知识的重要性，我先举了一个例子，Rambo。
有谁知道 Rambo 吗？没有。额，太好了。来我们看一点电影截图：
先是走私犯 Dicaprio 去卖军火，对面的老大说自己叫“Captain Rambo”， Dicaprio 笑笑，“额……那老子还看过你的电影罗？”但是字幕组把这个翻译成了“我见过你的照片”。真是对不起 Dicaprio 那冷笑！
然后老师说 film 是有“照片”的意思。然后我又解释了一下为什么这就是“电影”而不是“照片”。因为这是 Rambo 啊！Rambo 是著名的《第一滴血》系列的主角。每个米国人非洲人都知道，就跟他们还知道 Bruce Lee（李小龙）一样，就跟我们都知道环珠格格一样。
对比这个字幕组的失误，我又展示了另一个电影字幕组的翻译：
看，Uri 和这个非洲土豪都知道 Rambo 是啥，字幕组也正确地 GET 到了。
扯了这么一通，我引出了 Zootopia。
意思是如果不看这个电影，下星期的 show 你们可能 GET 不到笑点。没看的赶紧去看！
我的任务（预告我们的 show）完成了，留下老师和同学在寒风中……
“干嘛绕这么大一个圈子，像我这么冰雪聪明的人都没有 GET 到你的意思……你说 Rambo 干嘛……”，老师如是说。
