3月7日消息，有网友近日反映自己在驾驶特斯拉 Model 3 时，收到了“超级充电服务已被禁用”的提示。该网友晒出的截图显示，其最近一次使用超级充电桩是在今年2月27日，花费为384.63万元，在此之前，均为免费超级充电。面对“天价”充电账单，该网友提出了质疑，并致电了特斯拉官方客服。对方回应，目前有部分车辆的后台系统出现了错误，技术人员正在修复。
