天眼查App显示，湖南南澳网络科技有限公司与北京爱奇艺科技有限公司不正当竞争纠纷二审法律文书公开。一审法院审理认为，被诉平台以租号为主要业务，南澳公司从账号租赁中直接获取经济收益，构成不正当竞争，最终判决南澳公司赔偿爱奇艺公司共计103万元。二审法院审理认为，一审法院认定被诉行为具有不正当性并无不当，驳回南澳公司的上诉请求，维持原判。
