3月7日消息，据悉，南京银行已经完成苏宁消金的控股权收购。交易对手方主要为苏宁消金第一大股东苏宁易购，本次股权转让后，南京银行将取得控股权，控股比例超50%，在此期间交易各方将落实过渡期安排。不过本次股权交易仍需获得监管核准，然后再交割完成股权转让。
