国家药监局：停止经营蜜芝泉沁透焕肤日霜等化妆品

医美查显示，3月1日，药监局发布公告，责成浙江、江西、湖南、广东省药品监督管理局对标示名称为“蜜芝泉沁透焕肤套装3件套”及套盒内标示名称为“蜜芝泉沁透焕肤日霜”、“蜜芝泉沁透焕肤晚霜”、“蜜芝泉沁透焕肤柔晳露”的化妆品进行了调查。依据《化妆品监督管理条例》，国家药品监督管理局为保障公众用妆安全，净化化妆品市场，要求各省（区、市）药品监督管理部门责令相关经营企业立即停止经营上述化妆品，依法调查其进货查验记录等情况，对于违法行为将依法严肃查处。
