乌克兰与俄罗斯之间战云密布，成为各国媒体关注焦点。美联社记者 Philip Crowther 近日在乌国首都基辅进行现场联机时，先后用六种不同语言播报新闻。他将画面剪辑与合并后上传推特，随即在网络爆红。
《每日邮报》报道，今年四十一岁的 Crowther 出生于卢森堡，父亲是英国人、母亲是德国人，所以除了父母的两种语言，他也会讲卢森堡语和法语。通晓多种语言的他最近一直在基辅，为世界各地的新闻台报导乌俄局势发展。从 Crowther 在自己推特发布的一分钟新闻画面影片可见，他以基辅自由广场（Freedom Square）为背景，用英语、卢森堡语、西班牙语、葡萄牙语、法语和德语进行了现场新闻播报。
