钛媒体App 3月6日消息，全国人大代表、中国移动董事长杨杰认为，这需要充分发挥我国在网络领域的积累，加快算力网络创新发展，推动算力成为像水、电一样，可“一点接入、即取即用”的社会级服务。 “当前，我国在算力网络领域已取得一定的先发优势，但由概念提出走向落地成熟，仍存在创新研发基础薄弱、产业现代化水平低、算力需求尚待激发等发展难题需要解决。”杨杰表示，加快推动算力网络创新发展，要从顶层设计、技术创新、产业推进、应用孵化、配套政策等方面持续发力、系统推进，进一步提升我国在算力领域的综合竞争力。
