钛媒体App 3月6日消息，正在召开的全国两会上，全国人大代表、人福医药集团董事长李杰呼吁，完善药品试验数据保护制度，加大药品研发知识产权保护。“新药研发是一个高投入低产出的领域。”李杰说，建立药品试验数据保护制度，对不同类型的药品给予相应保护期，对保护药品研发成果，促进药品创新、推动医药产业发展具有重要作用。
