全国政协委员冯艺东：统一A股市场涨跌幅限制为10%
钛媒体App 3月4日消息，全国政协委员、中泰金融国际有限公司董事长冯艺东建议，统一A股市场非首发期间正常交易股票的涨跌幅限制为10%。随着资本市场改革全面深入，A股市场非首发期间正常交易股票10%的涨跌幅限制正逐渐放宽。但是由于A股市场有很多区别于其他成熟资本市场的特殊性，现阶段对放宽涨跌幅限制应该持审慎态度。冯艺东认为，一方面，A股市场投资者仍以散户为主；另一方面，放宽涨跌幅限制会加剧非理性炒作。此外，目前对放宽涨跌幅限制的监管尚未到位。因此，冯艺东建议，统一A股主板、科创板、创业板和北交所正常交易股票的涨跌幅限制，均设定为10%，审慎推进放宽涨跌幅限制改革。（来源：澎湃）
