《辐射 避难所》是美国顶级游戏公司 Bethesda 发行的一款模拟经营类单机手游，也是Bethesda首度与国内游戏公司合作的第一款手游。
游戏背景设定于 2077 年，因核战爆发，整个世界成为一片废墟。而在战争爆发前，政府已预料到这一毁灭性战争的到来，建立了 122 个避难所，每个避难所被设计为可容纳约 1000 人，以帮助人们躲避核打击。
游戏包含资源收集、规划建造、人员配置、危机处理等元素。玩家扮演的角色是避难所（Vault）的监督者（Overseer），规划建造一座避难所，增加避难所居民数量，并保证居民的心情指数。
