当地时间2月25日，俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫说，普京准备派俄罗斯代表团前往明斯克与乌克兰代表团进行谈判。
据他介绍，俄罗斯代表团将包括国防部、外交部和克里姆林宫的代表，明斯克已被选为会谈地点。
佩斯科夫称，白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科已表示将为俄乌两国谈判创造所有必要条件。
