In today’s hybrid work environment, the development of both soft skills and hard skills is essential to employee experience and company success. However, the way we teach these skill sets needs to be strategically different. Think about it: the way we learn how to optimize our communication skills will look completely different than how we learn data modeling in SAP HANA Cloud.

At the same time, all learning must take into account varying learning styles, as well as competing demands for attention, requiring learning content to be both engaging and flexible to various employees’ needs.

This is something we’ve carefully considered in the process of launching our all-new SAP Learning site that includes a comprehensive array of learning content for developers available in various formats – from expert-led sessions and hands-on training to microlearning videos. Through these new offerings, we aim to meet our learners where they are by making the opportunity to enhance SAP skills available to everyone, lowering the barrier to entry in the field.
