Sounds very useful! We sometimes struggle to have a good structure in our retrospective sessions. We’ll try it out in our next retrospective next week!

Herbi startet Trune (named Fraankly back then) because he had a need and no existing solution would fill that gap. Since then a lot changed. COVID happened, I joined last autumn and a lot of other solutions around the Retrospective and Feedback Meeting topic launched. Still we get amazing feedback from users and customers using our product that say they tried a lot but ultimately our solution was the best fit for their needs.

So we decided to go all in, build a team, grow this thing and now we would love to get your feedback! :)
