紫东核心区何去何从

因为黑天鹅事件，紫东核心区已经很久无人问津。最新的2022重大项目，紫东核心区除了安置房续建以外，几乎零收获。原定的鼓楼医院紫东院区已经暂停，孟北创新园也迟迟不落地，现在又有传言原计划今年上市的三块地也不拍了。请问有利好消息吗，感觉无论官方还是民间都不看好紫核了。
