申请SEUs（Scrum Educational Units）参加Scrum Gathering

- 登录Scrum Alliance (https://scrumalliance.org)
- 右上角在“Settings”下拉菜单中点击“Dashboard”
- 在“Actions”下面点击“Add new SEU”
选择“Add an event”分类
选择Regional Scrum Gathering
在新页面中填写详细信息，如下图
点击最后的“Create SEU”按钮，完成！
