商务部条约法律司负责人就欧盟将我专利诉讼案件有关做法诉至世贸争端解决机制答记者问时表示，中方注意到， 欧方磋商请求主要涉及中方在专利诉讼案件中的相关实践。我想强调的是，中方严格按照世贸规则和加入承诺，不断完善知识产权保护立法和执法，取得的成绩有目共睹，中欧关于知识产权问题沟通的渠道是畅通的。中方对欧方起诉表示遗憾。世贸争端解决机制是成员间解决经贸纠纷的惯常渠道。中方始终维护多边贸易体制，将按照世贸规则处理后续事项，坚决维护自身合法权益。Recommend
