⚙️Our Process

We look for high-yield properties in growing markets that are most likely to have stable returns. We take a 3% sourcing fee before offering the property on our marketplace, and an annual property management fee roughly ~0.75% of the property value.

? What’s next?

Sit tight… we’re developing a secondary marketplace where investors can sell their shares as easily as selling stocks. SEC regulations require accreditation for investors ? but we’re currently filing for Reg A which will get rid of that requirement! Also working on the Android app, which should be out by end of 2022.
