华侨城A：1月合同销售金额同比下降51%

1月份公司实现合同销售面积17.2万平方米，较上年同期下降44%;合同销售金额31.5亿元，较上年同期下降51%。
2月15日，资本邦了解到，A股公司华侨城A(000069.SZ)发布公告，1月份公司实现合同销售面积17.2万平方米，较上年同期下降44%;合同销售金额31.5亿元，较上年同期下降51%。

2022年春节假期，公司参控股景区、酒店及开放式旅游区合计接待198.8万人次，恢复至2019年春节假期同期118%的水平。
