小米 11Pro 为啥谷歌基础服务开了，google play 也能正常访问但是下载软件就一直卡着，一直处于 pending 。下载管理那边迅雷下载也关了。代理软件开的也是全局。

确实是节点问题 我这边几个香港节点都不行换了美国节点没问题了。
