大圍-大尾督55km環海单车遊
今天的單車之旅，其實也是昨晚突發奇想臨時决定的。曾聽公司同事說過大圍地鐵站出去之後會有一段很長的單車徑，便很想親身前往一探究竟。平日窩在辦公室，終日不見陽光，週末的時間，當然應該親近自然，做些運動，呼吸呼吸新鮮空氣。騎自行車是一個很好的方式。不算特别累，而且有其他有氧運動所無法比擬的快感。
這路線沿途風景不錯，有成蔭的綠樹，也有廣闊的海景，騎下來心曠神怡。
